Delivery

Everything we sell is digital. Your files arrive by email within 24 hours of your order, sent to the address you use at checkout. Nothing is shipped.

A birth-sky order includes a looping video for digital frames and TVs (MP4), a phone wallpaper, a desktop wallpaper and a verification card (PNG). Zodiac dials are a looping video (MP4).

If your files haven't arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then email us and we'll resend them.

Refunds and remakes

Each birth sky is made to order from the details you give us, so all sales are final once your files are delivered.

• Our mistake: if your sky doesn't match the name, date, time or place you gave us, we remake it free.
• Your typo: if you entered a detail wrong, tell us within 14 days and we'll remake it once, free.
• Not delivered: if we can't deliver your files, you get a full refund.
• Before delivery: if we haven't started your order yet, you can cancel for a full refund.

Zodiac dials are final sale once delivered. If a file won't play or arrives damaged, we'll replace it. If you added a name and we spell it differently from your order, we'll remake it free.

Privacy

To make your sky we collect the name you want engraved, the date, time and city of the moment, and your email address. We use them only to make and deliver your order and to answer your questions.

• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• We never sell or share your details, and we don't use them for advertising.
• City lookups use OpenStreetMap to turn your city into map coordinates; only the city name is sent.
• We keep order details for 12 months so we can resend or remake your files, then delete them.
• You can ask us to send you, correct or delete your details at any time by email.

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Your cart is remembered only in your own browser.

Terms

• Personal use. Your files are for your own personal, non-commercial use: frames, TVs, wallpapers, gifts and personal prints. Please don't resell or redistribute them.
• The sky. Star positions come from published astronomical catalogs and the Moon and planet positions are calculated for the time and place you give us. Accuracy depends on those details being correct.
• Astrology. Sun, Moon and Rising signs are included for interest and entertainment.
• Compatibility. Videos play on frames and TVs that support MP4 files. Check your device before ordering; device limits aren't grounds for a refund, but we'll gladly help you get it playing.
• Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
